Natural Build
This 3,500 sqm estate in Bingin combines Balinese bamboo work with solid stone construction. It was created by Richard Manser, the architect known for Finn’s Beach Club, Karma Kandara, and The Istana. Materials are carefully chosen, and the design shows a high level of detail.
Inside the Home
The main house has four bedrooms and six bathrooms. Ceilings are high, with reclaimed teak and natural stone throughout. At the center sits The Womb of Lyra, a crystal art piece. Interiors bring together Danish furniture, Persian tiles, and Balinese accents.
Guest Villa and Grounds
A separate two-storey guest villa includes its own pool and terrace. The grounds have large lawns, a vegetable garden, and a 20-meter tower that gives wide views over the area.
Turnkey Setup
The property comes furnished and licensed, ready to move in. Lawns, terraces, and open areas make it practical for family life and gatherings.
Bingin Location
Close to beaches, cultural spots, and daily amenities, the estate stands out as one of the few architect-designed properties of this size in Bingin.
