TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YACHT CHARTERS

Reservations & Payments

Payment of the deposit and a fully completed guest reservation form must be received and approved by PT. Indovillas Bali, unless otherwise directed, before a confirmation will be issued. No grace periods are granted.

PT. Indovillas Bali must receive final payment, consisting of the remainder of the rental balance at least 60 days prior to guest arrival - except where the rules and obligations of deposit for the Charter are specified differently. Please go to the web page to fully familiarize your self with the rates required with the Charter.

Failure to make final payment(s) on a timely basis will result in an automatic cancellation of the reservation. PT. Indovillas Bali will accept and hold a tentative reservation for seven days.

Unless otherwise stated a minimum deposit of 30% is required. The final balance is then due and must be received at least 60 days prior to guest arrival (or together with the with the reservation form if booked less than 60 days in advance of arrival). Failure to make final payment(s) on a timely basis will result in an automatic cancellation of the reservation.

Change of Booking

PT. Indovillas Bali will apply an administration fee of US$ 50 for any change of booking after a confirmation has been issued. Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by both the owners of the Owner and PT. Indovillas Bali.

Payment Requirements

All payments to be made via telegraphic transfer to the account of PT. Indovillas Bali or by credit card. Final approval of the reservation request is subject to clearance of payment.

Credit Card Payment

PT. Indovillas Bali never asks for credit card details to be sent online. Instead once a reservation request is received we e-mail a card payment authority form (CPA), which we ask clients to complete, sign and then fax to us for processing.

PT. Indovillas Bali accepts only Visa, MasterCard & JCB cards and all credit card transactions are subject to a 3% surcharge.

Final approval of any reservation request is subject to clearance of payment.

Cancellations

Refunds on cancellations for any reasons whatsoever are not provided beyond that which is covered in the cancellation policy as stated below. To protect against cancellation caused by unforeseen events, such as illness, strikes, last minute cancellations, Acts of God and more; we recommend those guests purchase trip cancellation insurance to insure refund of deposits paid.

Cancellation Fees

15 % of the total booking price if the cancellation occurs from the first day after the booking has been made until 60 days prior to the beginning of the Charter period, less wiring fees (US$ 40).

30 % of the total booking price for cancellations occurring between the 60th and the 30th day prior to the beginning of the Charter period less wiring fees (US$ 40).

50 % of the total booking price for cancellations occurring between the 30th and 7 days prior to the beginning of the Charter.

100% of the total booking price for cancellations occurring between the 7th and the day of the Charter.

If you have to cancel, exchanging your Charter for a future Charter is possible, subject to availability and Owner acceptance. There may be additional charges for Charter price increases.
