Welcome to Villa Prasada - Canggu
Villa Prasada is situated on the bend of a river in the peaceful village of Canggu - 1 km from Echo Beach and 20 minutes north of the bustling restaurant and fashion heart of Seminyak. The villa is nestled amongst rice paddies and approached via a private access road.
Echo Beach is only a short walk from the villa. This walk gives guests the opportunity to meet the warm and friendly local Balinese people. At Echo Beach you have a choice of beach front restaurants - taking you back in time to the casual and relaxed Bali of old.
Breakfast at the villa can be a special time as you may see the local farmers planting or harvesting their rice crops. You can fill in your day exploring the shopping in Seminyak, or culture at Tanah Lot - always knowing you will come back to the peace and quiet at Villa Prasada.
VILLA DESCRIPTION
Villa Prasada accommodates 10 guests in 5 bedrooms - all with private bathrooms. The feel is contemporary, whilst preserving the best of Balinese architecture. The craftsmanship of Balinese stone carvers has been used throughout the villa and the villa gardens .
LIVING AREAS
The open Pavilion with its beautifully carved bar is an excellent gathering place for guests and family. The Pavilion opens out to a wooden deck with sun lounges, and then to the 14m salt-water chlorinated pool and Jacuzzi.
The huge Balinese Bale on the other side of the pool is a perfect place for relaxing, reading, or having an in-villa massage. The open living areas can easily host a wedding or party of up to 60 people.
The dining room is in a separate building and has been decorated with an exquisitely carved, antique wooden wall - imported from Java. The table has seating for 12 and overlooks the pool and further on to the rice paddies.
This room is airconditioned and also has two large ceiling fans. Open the large doors and the cool ocean breeze fills the room. The old teak floor and traditional ceiling makes dinning in this room a wonderful experience.
The lush gardens give the feel of a tropical retreat and are tended daily.
The villa has a large filltered pond with many types of tropical fish and the sound of moving water helps to relax and sooth guests.
BEDROOMS
Each guest room at Villa Prasada has it's own unique feel and decoration.
The Master Suite is a separate 4-room building with private gate access, private deck, and garden over looking rice fields. There is a double Bedroom, a Sitting Room with LCD TV, a Dressing Room, and a large Bathroom with twin showers and a two person bath with private garden views. Teak flooring is used in the bedroom and sitting room. The ceilings are high pitched and beautifully made with exposed wood beams.
The other 4 bedrooms are in a separate building consisting of 3 double rooms, and one twin room. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities along with an in-room refrigerator and hair dryer for guest use. Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and bath foam provided.
The two upstairs bedrooms each have a private bathroom with a shower, and two-person bath. They have beautiful high pitched, exposed wood ceilings - made from polished local wood. They share a balcony and wonderful day bed where guest can relax and enjoy the rice field views.
The two downstairs bedrooms each have a private bathroom with rain head shower and access to the dedicated Spa Room with a 9-jet Jacuzzi. Ask the staff for a Romantic Flower Petal bath.
THEATRE ROOM
The theatre room has been designed with two tier seating and is decorated with a traditional feel. It has a wide-screen projector, 100 inch screen, and 6-speaker surround sound. You can relax watching Satellite TV (with 20+ English channels), one of the 70+ movies pre-installed on the DVD jukebox, or indulge in an evening watching your latest DVD purchase.
KITCHEN
The large kitchen with two huge ovens can cater for a large crowd or a private dinner party. A dedicated refrigerator is available for guests use at all times. We have a wonderful Lunch and Dinner menu offering Balinese specialties and Western standards prepared by our capable staff. A BBQ is close by our herb garden and the staff are happy to BBQ a dinner of local seafood or the local favorite - sate.

RENTAL RATES
Rates below are in US$, per night, and exclude 10% Government Tax. The rates are for the entire villa - all 5 rooms. For example, the low-season price per room works out to $88/night plus 10% tax = $96.80/night/room.
Discounts available:
- 1% per night after 7 nights (max. 50% discount)
e.g. 10% discount for 10 nights stay
e.g. 25% discount for 25 nights stay.
- 10% for Last Minute bookings made 7 days or less before arrival
High Season
High Season includes: Chinese New Year, Easter, and July 1st to September 15th plus Xmas & New Year (December 20 to January 10).
Low Season : Rest of year.
