Villa Anyar is furnished and staffed to luxury standards, it is located just north of Kuta in the rice fields of Umalas and is available for short or long term rental. The Villa is within easy reach of the popular restaurants, pubs and shops of Seminyak & Legian, which are only a 10-minute drive away.

The household staff have been personally trained by the owner to cater for your every whim and with the facilities on offer we guarantee that you will return home with fond memories having had an experience that thousands of people who have visited Bali before you have missed!

The villa sleeps 8 persons in 4 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with luxurious bathrooms ensuite. Entertainment is in the form of a full stereo and satellite TV system on all 3 levels. Plus VCD player in Lounge.

The main dining terrace offers spectacular sunset views over the rice paddies to the ocean beyond, this is also a great place to enjoy your meals or just sit and chat with a refreshing drink.

The lower floor (2 bedrooms) is completely independent from the upper levels with its own entrances making this an ideal villa to share whilst maintaining complete privacy. 

The villa has stunning panoramic views over the rice fields to the ocean beyond and many interesting and beautiful walks along the paths that run through the rice paddies which eventually lead to the nearby villages or for the more adventurous, the beach.

The 2,000-sq meter private garden has a Gazebo (resting platform) a relaxing sundeck with sun beds and a refreshing 15-metre (50-foot) swimming pool where you can cool off. There is also a large BBQ area here for you and your guests to take advantage of and a full size pool table.
