Rental Rates

Based on a minimum stay of three nights and a maximum occupancy of eight persons the rental rates for Villa Natalia are as follows:

Low Season

4 Persons US$600.00
6 Persons US$750.00
8 Persons US$1,000

High Season

Sleeping up to 8 persons US$1,200

High Season includes: Chinese New Year, Easter, and July 1^st to September 15^th plus Xmas & New Year (December 20 to January 10).

Low Season: Rest of year.

Privileged rates: are always available for any stay exceeding 15 nights.
