| A Private Beachfront Villa Indio House is a spacious 6 bedroom beach front villa in Jimbaran Bay that is only 15 minutes drive away from the international airport. Blessed with warm sea breezes, large open living areas and sprawling gardens this villa has to be one of the grandest properties in our portfolio. Entering the villa through large double gates you drive though a 1-hectare coconut plantation over a quaint wooden bridge along the sweeping driveway that leads up to a beautiful 80 year old colonial style home. You enter the villa through a canopied walkway which is draped with flowering vines. The first thing you are bound to notice is the enormous 25 x 10 meter (83 foot x 33 foot) swimming pool complete with springboard. At the far end of the pool is the massage pavilion where you can In 1999/2000 the villa underwent an intensive renovation, a huge project during which no expense was spared to bring her back to her original glory. Indio House now has seven spacious bedrooms which can comfortably sleep up to 10 Adults & 4 children. The villa comprises of a main house and 2 guest pavilions that are located either side of the huge 25 meter x 10 meter swimming pool. Graceful, reserved and luxurious are all words that best describe this lovely villa. The Main House The main house has 1 large double bed room that opens onto the pool terrace. This is complete with air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom Upstairs is a twin bedroom, again this is complete with air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom opens onto the upper terrace from where you can see the ocean.  This upper terrace goes all the way around the first floor. On this same level are the lounge and dining areas which can be closed with sliding doors or opened to give a traditional feeling of "open living". On the top floor is an attic room which is fan cooled only and shares a bathroom with the twin room.The Guest Pavilions From the main house looking out over the pool to the left and right are two guest pavilions, one with 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, both complete with air conditioning and an ensuite bathrooms. This pavilion has its own private entrance, terraces, garden and reflection ponds filled with lotus blossoms.Across the huge swimming pool is the second guest pavilion, which has a Chinese style double bedroom with bold paintwork and bright colors. On a mezzanine above this room is a single room, making this pavilion perfect for a small family. The single room has a nice view over the gardens and tennis court. This room is complete with air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.This second guest pavilion is more or less self contained. It has its own kitchen and a large open lounge with comfortable seating designed for relaxing. Behind the lounge is a raised ocean facing sundeck with ample room for sunbathing, relaxing or enjoying a massage. The open style of this pavilion gives easy access to the swimming pool, tennis court and lush gardens. Facilities Include
Rental Rates The minimum required booking is 2 nights, making this an excellent weekend getaway for expats in the Asia-Pacific region. Airport transfers are included for bookings of more than 4 nights. All rates quoted are per night in US dollars and are inclusive of tax. Rental Rate: US$ 1,000 per night A high season surcharge of 30% is valid between December 20th to January 10th and between 1st July until 31st August. |
