In addition to the art on display the main house is itself a work of art with an interestingly  unique octagonal design that accommodates 2 bedrooms/bathrooms, (1 with air-conditioning & 1 Fan Cooled room) plus a lounge, kitchenette & dining area. The master bedroom with its huge living area which has over 100 square meters of floor space, comes complete with an enormous 60" Cinema TV with Satellite channels & stereo system . Here you will discover a spiral staircase that winds up to an "observation room" that has a  double ?futon? style bed,  this is an ideal hide to visit when you need to relax away from it all, it can also double as an extra bed although it is not intended to serve as such.

On the ground floor there is a mini kitchen, which can be used to prepare simple meals or snacks. If you need a dinner party then outside catering can be easily arranged at reasonable rates, alternatively there are an abundance of good restaurants in the neighborhood who do take out meals. 

There is a moderately sized dining area and on the opposite side of the house a comfortable poolside lounge. A terrace that leads to the extensive gardens and swimming pool  surrounds the whole house.

Not far from the main house are the 2 guest pavilions. The larger of these guest pavilions has 2 double air-conditioned bedrooms with a plunge pool for use by the master bedroom.


All rooms are en-suite; stylish patterned terrazzo covers the floors, which is inlayed with seashells that compliment the stylish finish of each room. Oversized and/or antique style beds are to be found in all the bedrooms. Both bathrooms are en suite with toilets, washbasins and showers, all with hot & cold water.  On the 1st level of the larger guest pavilion is a huge open deck that overlooks the beautiful gardens. This level comes complete with its own kitchen plus a lounge/relaxing area complete with satellite TV.

The smallest guest pavilion is a spacious one-bedroom complete with satellite TV. Includes fitted wardrobes; dressing table beyond this is a magnificent bathroom where you will discover a huge double bathtub, a shower, 2 washbasins and a toilet. Adjacent to this pavilion is a private ?open kitchen? dining area that has enough equipment to prepare simple meals.
