Villa Bugis - Villas 5 & 7
Villa Bugis Five & Seven are two of the larger Bugis villas, they are identical so only one description is given for both on our website. Built on 500M 2 with over 270M 2 of living space these two spacious villas are conveniently located in downtown Petitenget down a quiet lane off of Jl. Laksamana, also known as the Oberoi strip. There are an abundance of restaurants, including a 24hr diner within a few minutes walk of the villa that offer a wide variety of foods ranging from Italian, Greek, Western and even Moroccan food where they even have belly dancers!
The Bugis villas are constructed in Balinese style and offer guests an affordable yet comfortable villa experience. Traditional thatched Alang-alang roofs with bedrooms and facilities in line with western standards which include king sized beds, indoor and outdoor showers, a bath in the master suite, satellite TV, Stereo system and modern kitchens.
Facilities
The layout of the villa (see floor plan) comprises of the main house that has one double and one single bedroom plus a cozy poolside lounge and kitchen. The lounge come dining area is furnished with a dining table, three piece suite, satellite TV, DVD / CD player and stereo system. Broadband Internet connection (pre paid cards available). The open lounge also overlooks the swimming pool and sundeck. Adjacent to the lounge is a poolside bedroom pavilion with ensuite bathroom and outdoor and indoor shower, vanity unit and walk in wardrobe.
The villas are a cozy haven and cost effective solution for anyone wanting to experience a private villa, close to the restaurants and shops of downtown Petitenget.
Bugis Villas are located within 150 meters of the restaurant strip and only 900 meters from the beach and the popular restaurants such as Ku De Ta, LaLuiciola, The Huu Bar. Villa Bugis is close to the action but conveniently tucked away from the bustling crowd.
Swimming pool
The 38 m 2 swimming pool is tiled with natural green stone and surrounded by a thoughtfully designed garden that hosts approximately 30 different species of plants, including 2 large palm trees and a grass area for standing parties. The footpaths are made of white palimanan stone. Garden lights, a shower and sundeck next to the Bale pavilion where you can sit in the shade and relax. A Balinese Kori doorway with alang-alang roof leads to the carport that is large enough for two cars.
Service
All the villas at Bugis share the security that patrols the borders of the villas, ensuring privacy. There are several household staff who change bed linens, provide household cleaning and poolboys plus gardeners. The rental fee also includes continental breakfasts (included in full rate).
Cook
Due to the close proximity of a variety of restaurants the Bugis villas do not provide a cook, however one can be arranged for an additional fee. Most of our guests prefer to take advantage of the takeaway and delivery services in the neighbourhood and have food and wine/beers delivered directly to the villa.
The Bugis villas do not provide star luxury service with full butler service, these villas are available elsewhere on our website, however guest need to allow a budget of USD750 p/n or above for this level of satisfaction. Villas 5 & 7 are a cost effective solution for a comfortable stay in Bali, so if you are looking for a reasonable alternative to hotel accommodation then look no further.

A baby cot and/or highchair can be arranged at time of booking.
Airport transfers are included FOR MINIMUM 7 NIGHTS BOOKING and a comfortable air-conditioned car with English speaking driver can be arranged for an additional fee.
