The Villas

Located only 100 meters from the beach just a few minutes drive from some of the best known restaurants, clubs, bars & boutiques of Seminyak these comfortably furnished villas offer real value for money.

Batu Villas comprises of four identical two bedroom villas that are arranged in the pavilion style of a Balinese village. Each villa has its own garden and private swimming pool; conveniences that you would normally pay a small fortune for in a hotel. This coupled with an affordable rental fee make these villas the favorite choice with many repeat guests that include businessmen, couples and families alike.

Lounge & Dining Pavilion

Entering the villa though a traditional arched "Kori" doorway brings you into a small garden courtyard. From here you follow a natural stone pathway that leads to the main living pavilion; this is home to the lounge and dining area with access to the kitchen.

The lounge is equipped with a television that is wired into a Sony stereo system that plays CD's, VCD's & Tapes, great for watching your movies on.

The Dining area seats up to 6 people, so you can invite your friends for dinner. The kitchen has a serving hatch to the dining room which speeds serving and clearing up at mealtimes.

Cook

These villas do not include cooks but if you want to experience the convenience of having your meals prepared for you then one can be provided for a reasonable fee. Our cooks can prepare a range of mouth-watering dishes including local and western dishes. If you have a particular favorite style of food then let us know and we will make sure you are provided with a capable staff.

Swimming Pool

Literally a step away from your lounge, set in a tropical garden is a refreshing (8 x 2.5m) private swimming pool. This is complemented by a sundeck furnished with two sun loungers and a parasol where you can relax under the warm tropical sun.

The Bedrooms

A walkway connects the main living area to the sleeping pavilion. Here you will discover two tasteful furnished air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed plus a twin bedroom. These are ideal for 4 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children) Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms which are complete with a bathtub, wash basin, WC and shower. 

There is ample space in each room for extra beds, which are always available at US$30 per person per night. Children under 5 years old are half price and a baby cot can be arranged (subject to availability) free of charge.

Rental Rates

Based on a minimum stay of four nights, the rental fee is US$ 175 per night.

Book seven or more nights stay and the rate is reduced to just US$ 150 per night.

High Season (1st July to 15th Sept. & Dec 20 to Jan 15th) US$195 per night.

Extra beds are available at US$30 per person per night (children under 5 yrs. half price).

Note: Rates are negotiable for long term rentals of 1 month or more.
